Kate and I have placed quite a few boxes in the northern Illinois
region, (mostly in DuPage County), but for some reason, our boxes are
listed under "Illinois with no region assigned". Why is that?

What might be wrong is that you didn't select the county you wanted.
Log on, go to the box & edit it. Then you should be able to select
the county, save your changes and you should be all set.
